Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Software License (Digital Goods)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our Enterprise Software Licenses. If our diagnostic tools or extensions fail to function as described on your industrial hardware, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Technical & On-site Services

For technical consulting or industrial PCB diagnostics, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service for a full refund of the booking fee.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please email support@dynosbit.com with your Paddle Order ID. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Note: Abuse of the refund policy for repeated purchases may lead to account suspension.
